Common Questions about our installation service

Are your installers qualified?

Yes, in fact our installation teams spend up to 16 weeks training and are mentored by our existing top teams, ensuring installation to the highest standard (a high percentage of our installers have been with us for 10 years or more)

How long will it take to install my chosen products?

Most places take only 1 day to complete. Our fully trained installation teams are very efficient.

Do I need to be home on the day of installation?

No – but we welcome you to witness your place being transformed. Our only requirement is access to a standard power socket. This could be an outdoor socket or an extension cord protruding from a window.

My old spouting never worked correctly – Will your installers put fall on the spouting?

Yes, Our installation teams will correctly fall the spouting to provide the best amount of angle to efficiently exit your rainwater. Please consult your salesperson at the time of your free consultation on any specific requirements you may have.

I want to change the date of installation or my chosen colour – Do I contact the installer?

No. We have dedicated scheduling personnel who will communicate install dates and anything else you may need to know.

Will the installers clean up after themselves?

Yes - we will always leave your place like it was when we arrived.

I think my house might need scaffolding - what action do I need to take?

Your sales representative will confirm this when he calls round, but if it is tagged as requiring scaffold, our Operations Team will liaise with you to get this done.  If you are building a new house, your builder will generally arrange the scaffolding.  Bear in mind that all scaffolding must be compliant with the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment standards.
