It's what's you DON'T see that's Important.
...Like Joins. With Continuous Spouting NZ Ltd, the only joins are on the corners. There's no sectional joins* thus eliminating the possibility of leaks or separation, not to mention the unsightly aesthetic a join makes.
*Sectional joins are sometimes used in extreme cases where the access to fit a continuous length is impractical to do in one piece.
...Like the Brackets. Just because you can't see them, there's no point in using cheap, weak, corrosive brackets that will only last a few years (if that). For ColorCote® spouting, Continuous Spouting NZ Ltd use MARINE GRADE aluminium or 2.5mm Powder Coated Solid Galvanised steel for their brackets and for COPPER spouting we use SOLID BRASS or SOLID COPPER brackets. These materials are strong, corrosive resistant and are specifically designed for Continuous Spouting so they work hard and look great.
...Like the Screws and Rivets. These are the areas that often get over looked. Spouting is only as strong as the screws that hold it up. Like the brackets, the screws need to be strong and rust resistant. At Continuous Spouting NZ Ltd, all the screws we use exceed 'CLASS 4' rating. i.e. they are guaranteed to NOT rust or corrode. For ColorCote® and Aluminium Spouting, we use an ENVIRODRAB screw that is coated in a protective plastic coating. For Copper Spouting we use SOLID BRASS screws.
The rivets are similar. For all ColorCote® and Aluminium Spouting, we use ALUMINUM rivets and for the Copper we use COPPER rivets that incorporate stainless steel so the rivet will not rust out or leave unsightly stains on your new Copper Spouting.
...Like your old spouting. If you need your old spouting taken down and replaced with new CONTINUOUS SPOUTING, we can remove the old spouting, take it away and dispose of it too. Taking it down is one thing. Taking it away is quite something else!
